Responsibilities:- - Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time - Planning day-to-day schedules and resources for taking care of all those culture shrimps & fish - Ensuring execution of inspections and maintenance of equipments to ensure reliability and effectiveness of operation at the farm - To review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service and performance - To lead a team and motivate other to achieve company sales goals Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma Agriculture/ Aquaculture/ Forestry, Biology or equivalent - Without experience or experience in aquaculture field are encouraged to apply Interested in aquaculture (culture fish & shrimp) - Management training in culture fish & shrimp will be provided - Required skill (s) : Good Personality, Good Attitude, Problem Solving Technique - Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English or Chinese - Independent and good team player and creative, self-motivated and able to work and stay in a farm - Interested candidates please contact 04-425 8770, 9770
