Kelayakan
1. SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
2. Welcome fresh graduate; no experience is required, training is provided.
3. Willingness and ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, as required.
4. Availability to work a 6-day week with 1 day off.
5. Able to speak in Mandarin is a must, able to write in Mandarin is an added advantaged.
Salary up to RM4500 (Basic + Allowances + OT)

Tanggungjawab
Production:
1. Daily management of front-line workers in the production department in accordance with the requirements of the production control.
2. Provide support to the production team in their daily activities, including troubleshooting production issues, coordinating workflow, and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
3. Supervise and product guidance to production staff including training, performance evaluation and coaching to maximize productivity and ensure adherence to quality standards.
4. Monitor production processes on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal requirements.
5. Maintain accurate production records including production output, downtime and other relevant data and prepare reports for management review.
