We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Management Trainee (Engineering) to join our growing team in Sungai Mati, Tangkak. This position is designed for engineering graduates who aspire to develop a long-term career in production management. The selected candidate will undergo structured on-the-job training covering various departments, with a clear career progression path to Production Executive.

Undergo comprehensive training in production operations, quality control, maintenance, and process improvement.
Learn and assist in daily production planning, manpower allocation, and output monitoring.
Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Support the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety practices.
Liaise with cross-functional teams including quality, engineering, and warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
Perform data analysis, reporting, and documentation related to production activities.
Take on increasing levels of responsibility as training progresses, leading toward supervisory and managerial roles.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical or related field).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership potential.
Hands-on, proactive and willing to learn production operations from the ground up.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to be based in Sungai Mati, Tangkak, Johor.
