Job Description

To design, refresh and upkeep training materials at regular intervals including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various training programs. Identify and certify trainers in Train-the Trainer program, handle training audits, conduct, monitor and evaluates training to ensure the training effectiveness Responsible to implement effective Quality Assurance program for both front line and support functions, encompassing on-site audits and mystery shopper program Works closely with all key department heads in providing support and advises Conceptualized and individualized training and development plan that addresses the needs and expectations Deploys a wide variety of training methods Resolve any problems in relation to training

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably trainer specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent Able to work under pressure Sense of responsibility Friendly, Positive attitude, Self-Disciplined and Willing to learn Must travel to other outlets Computer literate (email, excel, words etc)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
