Spolith Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a driven and ambitious Management Trainee to join our growing team in Damansara, Selangor. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to gain comprehensive exposure across key business functions within our dynamic organization. As a Management Trainee, you will play a vital role in supporting various departments, including Business Development, Product Design, and Operations, while developing the skills and experience needed to grow into a future leader of the company.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Management Trainee at Spolith Sdn. Bhd., you will gain hands-on experience across key business functions and play an active role in supporting our rapid growth. You will be supporting:

Business Development (BD)

Identify new business opportunities and potential client segments. Conduct market research and analysis with a focus on China and Europe as key target regions. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and BD materials tailored to international markets. Participate in client meetings and help maintain strong customer relationships across different regions.

Product Design

Contribute to brainstorming, wireframing, and designing user-centric features. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate ideas into functional solutions. Assist in gathering user feedback and improving product usability.

Product Management

Support product planning and feature prioritization based on business and user needs. Help coordinate product roadmaps and ensure alignment with company goals. Work with cross-functional teams to monitor product performance, gather insights, and support continuous improvement. Assist in documentation, requirement gathering, and feature tracking throughout development cycles.

Operations

Support day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth internal workflow. Assist in process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability. Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
Throughout the program, you will be exposed to real projects, receive mentorship from senior team members, and develop the skills needed to transition into a full-time role within the company.

A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced tech environment.
