Spolith Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a driven and ambitious Management Trainee to join our growing team in Damansara, Selangor. As a Management Trainee, you will play a vital role in supporting various departments, including Business Development, Product Design, and Operations, while developing the skills and experience needed to grow into a future leader of the company.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Management Trainee at Spolith Sdn. Bhd., you will be actively involved in core business areas, focusing on business analysis, product management, and online marketing campaign planning to support the company's growth across different markets.
1. Business Analysis
Analyze Spolith's products as well as competitors' offerings to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Research industry trends and customer requirements across different countries and regions.
Conduct market analysis with a regional focus.
Provide data-driven insights to support business strategy and product decisions.
2. Product Management
Demonstrate strong logical thinking skills and basic mathematical/data analysis capabilities.
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, features, and business logic.
Support the existing product team in product planning, optimization, and feature prioritization.
Coordinate with the operations team to conduct product testing and gather feedback.
Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, operations, and marketing, to ensure smooth product execution.
3. Online Marketing Campaign Planning
Plan and execute online marketing campaigns with a focus on maximizing revenue and user engagement.
Design campaign mechanics, promotions, and incentives for online user acquisition and retention.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics and data.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve effectiveness and ROI.
Throughout the program, you will work on real projects, receive mentorship from senior team members, and develop the skills required to grow into a full-time role within the company.
