Its subsidiaries are development companies which carry out business as builders, housing and property developers, road construction, general contractors for construction works.Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in any discipline
• Excellent listening and written communication skills
• Takes initiative, displays a strong work ethic, and maintains a positive attitude
• Speed and accuracy in work with the ability to maintain focus
• Dedicated and reliable
• Able to take direction
• Excellent computing skills (particularly Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project), with word processing and spreadsheet experience
• Efficient at time management, and demonstrates leadership skills
• Able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage

• Management reporting

Sales Admin & Marketing Executive Role Highlights:

• Sales administration and documentation (SPA and loans)
• Liaising with real estate agents
• Timely progressive billings to purchasers
• Timely collections of receivables
• Applying for Developer License and Advertising Permits
• Attending to KPKT Sales Reports
• Handling sales and buyer enquiries
• Managing correspondence and emails
• Preparing weekly sales and collection reports
• Preparing marketing materials
