To support logistics, shipping, and administrative tasks.
Assist/ Support in logistics & customer service documentation, day-to-day operations.
Liaise with our courier partner for shipment status.
Training provided to support the department in daily operational functions i.e. import documentation/ Sales Order etc.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Assist on administrative tasks such answering incoming calls, data entry etc. if required.
Job Requirements;
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/ Logistics/Supply Chain.
Good communication (both written and spoken) and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Team-player and willing to learn new things.
Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
Example task to be assist
Checking the details of Supplier's Docs - PL/ Invoice/ COA are tally as per our PO.
Compiling hard copy of supplier's Invoice/ BL with PO
Ensure manually GRN is tally as per our PL & PO.
Assisting key in Sales Order in SAP system by ensuring tally as per customer PO copy or BD email on customer order stated.
Filling of Customer DO & Invoice.
Checking the missing no. or copy for customer DO & Invoice for end December Finance audit.
Assisting key in the sales figure for BD monthly Personal Sales Report in google sheet.
