• Source and manage the Indirect Materials commodities specializing in repairs and spares, include all kinds of ME spares & service to support production equipment maintenance, production consumables and CAPEX programs.
• Commodity Know how and Management in Strategic Sourcing for repairs and spares for Hard-Disk equipment.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering team to identify VA/VE, cost optimization opportunities.
• Develop category sourcing strategy and conduct sourcing Due Diligence
• Contract negotiation and implementation.
• Manage supplier performance.

Essential duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform sourcing events and responsible for RFQ activities related to the purchases of materials, equipment, and services
• Support strategic initiatives, cost savings and contract management by utilizing should-cost models
• Negotiate pricing, lead time, commercial terms, incoterm, MOQ, contract renewals, etc
• Collaborate internally to meet stakeholders needs, ensure alignment with companyxe2x80x99s strategic direction and drive key performance measures (KPI)
• Identify suppliers based on stakeholder requirements and supplier capability
• Engage in supplier development and risk assessment to optimize cost, supply and quality
• Ensure the supplier complies with the companyxe2x80x99s rules and regulations, RBA requirement, Ethics and Compliance requirement, Trade Compliance, IMS Compliance
• Generate reports in tracking and meeting cost savings goal and initiatives

QualificationsRequired:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field of study. mechanical background is an advantage.

Preferred:

• Mechanical background is preferred
• More than 5 years procurement experience in multinational company is preferred
• Can read mechanical drawings is preferred
• Experience in sourcing mechanical equipment, spares and repairs is preferred

Skills:

• Excellent communication skill with global sites and suppliers, fluent spoken and written English as a business counterpart located globally
• Practical experience and excellent skillset on all office application software (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Practical experience in Oracle cloud or SAP
