We are seeking a highly competent Acquisition & Disposal Manager to support execution of real estate strategies, acquiring new property, selling existing and foreclosed properties in a flexible manner while adhering to proper governance accordance with Board and Management policies, Employer\'s Standard Operating Procedures, Regulatory Bodies, and Appropriate Authorities. The successful candidates will be based in Damansara City office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to enhance the Bank\'s plans for developments and/or the movement of properties; keep up with changes to remain ahead of trends.
• Execute asset purchase and disposal plans from conception to disposal, including valuation exercises to ensure the Bank\'s capital goals are satisfied.
• Examine title notes pertaining to property ownership and legal documents; also assist in contract preparation by following the Bank\'s Code of Conduct.
• Regular updates and handle negotiation on acquisition and disposition development.
• Conduct due diligence on properties to be acquired, vendors, buyers, and sellers.

Job Requirements:

Education/Qualification

• Malaysian citizen
• Degree/Master\'s degree holder in Business/Finance/Real Estate/Asset Management or equivalent
• 3 years and above related experience in acquisition and disposal management

Experience & Skillsets

• Advanced and knowledgeable in MS Office instruments.
• Fluent in English (oral and written), strong problem solving skills and competency in managing a large pool of vendors throughout Malaysia.
• Able to work independently and travel throughout Malaysia to locations as directed.
