Scheduling meetings, receiving incoming calls, responding to emails, managing appointments Taking minutes of meeting and manage dissemination of the minutes for the weekly WIP meetings Providing administrative support to ensure the office is well maintained and smooth running Managing the records and filing system of advertising contracts Manage the applications of work permits Attend to walk-in visitors (i.e. potential customers, vendors, etc)
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree holder with proven working experience in similar capacity Good command of English Resourceful, strong organizational and time management with the ability to prioritise tasks meeting multiple deadlines Adaptability to handle the changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work beyond normal office hours Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Proficiency in using various communication and collaboration tools such as video conferencing, virtual team platforms, etc . Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Power Point, Excel)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
