Responsible to oversee the operations of canteen, plant administration, office cleaning and the database in the JDE system. Responsibilities: To maintain proper project, general documentation and filing system and practices for easy retrieval and references. To assist in the administration function of the Accounts/ Administration/ Kedai sections to ensure the effectiveness of the department in the organization and to liaise with other departments whenever necessary To oversee the operations at canteen, to ensure the canteen\'s service rendered is excellence. To oversee the team accurately and timely keying-in of accounting data to JDE system in compliance to the requirements and to liaise with relevant personnel in HQ. To monitor the validity of company registration and licenses are renew in timely manner in order to comply with statutory requirement. To monitor the booking of meeting rooms, hotel accommodation, company car effectively. To maintain the cleanliness and functionality of meeting rooms facilities and company car. To manage and monitor all office supplies ordering and usage including stationaries, printings, cleaning tools and consumable, pantry consumable effectively. To ensure the expenses is within the budget, investigate and highlight any abnormality to General Manager, Plant Operations. To manage and drive housekeeping activities for total plant including compound, offices and building facilities. To ensure the cleaners carry out the activities efficiently and effectively. To perform any additional task assigned by the management from time to time. Qualifications Candidates with Degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent. Candidates with minimum 7 years of experience in managing administration department in manufacturing environment.
