Work you will do

This role sits within Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia. We create new growth by elevating the human experience-with connected ideas, technology, and talent, in a way that only Deloitte can. And we do this to shape a better future for every single one of us.
As part of Marketing, and Commerce (M&C), you will lead Adobe Solutions teams, architecting new technology solutions with Adobe Experience Cloud to enable breakthrough customer experiences

You will:

• Lead our Adobe solutions capability, solutioning and shaping new opportunities for clients in the region, and be part of engagement teams to deliver the next generation of Adobe solutions
• Be at the forefront of applying digital technologies to drive sustainable and profitable growth through breakthrough customer experiences, leveraging the ecosystem of technologies
• Generate new business and forge alliances, growing a profitable P&L, that drives market impact
• Comfortable in straddling both strategy, technology, and customer experience
• Responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services to clients. This includes overall planning, organizing, designing, integrating, and delivery of all services prioritized in alignment with the client\'s expectations and business needs.

Enough about us, let\'s talk about you

If you are someone with:

• Minimum of 13 years of experience with proven success in delivering large scale digital technology programs, selling and shaping digital transformation initiatives
• Experience in SEA/APAC market
• Experience architecting large scale, multi-country, multi-brand AEM, AC, AA, AT and other Adobe implementations
• Able to architect multi-vendor solutions across the martech ecosystem, with experience in CMS, personalization, automation, mobile
• Works well in cross functional teams with designers, strategists, data scientists
• Clear ability to drive projects to successful, on-time completion and influence stakeholders and team members
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively synthesize business requirements into technical outcomes for varied audiences
• Experience in dynamic situations and able to shift gears comfortably and effectively
• Capable problem-solver that uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
• Global thinker that can discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues and project them into the future
