Drive and manage the development and implementation of Process System Engineering Modelling plans and strategies in supporting the approved Technology Research & Design (R&D) and Deployment activities and leading new Technology. Lead and drive delivery of Process System Engineering Modelling techniques and solutions by streamlining and implementing the best approach for technology component\'s modelling, simulations, analysis and validation as well as influencing and promoting new and novel methodologies application. Identify, strategies and develop Process System Engineering Modelling solutioning advancement and influence to meet the demand for continuous business improvement & research complexity in sustaining competitive edge recognition. Enforce and manage Process System Engineering Modelling standards to safeguard PETRONAS trade secrets, know-how on technology and in-house expertise. Integrate and influence appropriate collaboration for Process System Engineering Modelling with research institutions/organizations/ vendors/service providers. Qualification: MSc or PhD in Process Engineering or equivalent. Requirements: Minimum 9 - 12 years of working experience in R&D of Oil & Gas Industry Conversant on Process Engineering focus on Process Simulation and Optimization with Data Analytics exposure Skilled in Process Simulation & Optimization, Steady and Dynamic analysis with network analysis is optional.
