Job Responsibilities Meetings / Circular Resolutions
  • Perform ALCO Secretary duties, assist in meeting organization and writing meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate and fixing of meeting dates Asset & Liability Committee (\xe2\x80\x9cALCO\xe2\x80\x9d) / Capital Management Committee (\xe2\x80\x9cCMC\xe2\x80\x9d) meeting.
  • Attend and record minutes for ALCO / CMC.
  • Prepare agenda, compile and uploading papers, matters arising, skeleton, etc. for ALCO and CMC.
  • To follow up on Matters Arising for ALCO and CMC.
  • Prepare extract of minutes as requested.
Compliance and Governance
  • To assist in preparing paper related to all policies and procedures related to Balance Sheet Management.
  • To ensure information and documents related to ALCO, CMC and other meeting being submitted within tolerable turnaround time.
  • Perform regular review and highlight areas of improvements and make recommendations to the ALCO committee.
Job Requirements
  • Have a recognised University Degree in Accountancy, Data Analytics, Banking & Finance, Quantitative Finance or relevant professional qualifications.
  • Preferably at least 5 years in relevant banking experiences or other relevant fields.
