FI looking for an experienced Compliance professional to join their team Your new company You will be working with a reputable financial institution who is looking for a highly skilled Manager - AML (Financial Crime Compliance). Joining a rapidly growing team, you will be part of an aggressive growth plan and strive to be a better leader in its field. Your new role As the Manager - AML (Financial Crime Compliance), you will be responsible for monitoring AML/CFT activities such as transaction monitoring, KYC, and ODD. Simultaneously, you will need to update the compliance policies and procedures. Furthermore, you will need to provide advisory on AML/CFT matters and conduct periodic reviews. You will also be required implement AML/CFT trainings. What you\'ll need to succeed To ensure your success within this role, you will possess: . University degree in law, accounting, or any other relevant disciplines . At least 5 years of compliance experience in banking . Highly knowledgeable in AML/CFT related matters .
