Security
Contact person for all security-related matters
Regularly informing those managing body and the RSO about all security-related issues at the GSP/OGAP locations
Supporting the management of the location in its responsibility to protect employees and assets and to act in compliance with the policies
Responsibility for security analysis and monitoring in the region in cooperation with SitCenter
Ensuring the Incident Management Process (IMP) and the implementation of a professional emergency response for the region, supporting and ensuring the necessary coordination between the involved parties
Responsibility for conducting risk analyses to identify security-related risks at the locations and developing mitigation measures
Development of a security strategy for GSP/OGAP
Responsibility for data maintenance in GloRIS
Perform the GloRIS self-assessment as part of the ARP for its areas of responsibility and keep the basic data for its location up to date in GloRIS
Implementing agreed and documented actions with HQ/RSO to address risks and escalate issues to the RSO
Implementing the Annual Risk Review Process (ARP) within the locations
Fire Protection
Develop and conduct fire protection risk assessments in accordance with the relevant guidelines and standards for all GSP/OGAP locations
Create and implement fire protection concepts
Improve knowledge and create awareness by organizing trainings for local staff and management
Identify and collaborate with service providers and steering them
Ensure maintenance of fire detection systems and fire protection devices
Coordinate and perform fire safety inspection by the responsible supervisory bodies / agencies and risk inspection of the property insurer
Crisis Management
Supporting the managing body in implementing the measures specified in the Corporate Security Policy B 82.2 and in the applicable Crisis Management Standard
Pointing out crisis management problems to those managing bodies and supporting their technical implementation
Preparing, implementing and annual review and, if necessary, updating a generic crisis management plan.
Coordinating and implementing the crisis management plan with the managing body
Responsibility for the introduction, operation, and further development of the crisis management organization
Identifying and documenting relevant risks/scenarios with crisis potential
Developing custom emergency/crisis management strategies (creation of location-specific or company-specific crisis management strategies)
Establishing and maintaining the crisis management infrastructure
Clarifying the nomination of the crisis management team members with the managing body
Briefing and training of designated crisis management team members
Planning, implementing and evaluating crisis management exercises
Investigations
Plan, supervise and manage investigations for GSP/OGAP.
Review CS investigation report findings for clear and concise details, including conclusions and recommendations for improvements
Liaise with relevant business partners such as Corporate Audit, HR and Legal and cooperate with law enforcement as needed
Support the RSO and CS investigators with all BPO investigations as needed
Requirements:
Possessed recognized university degree in business administration or security management
Min. 5 years of related experience

Hands-on experience in Financial Systems would be an added advantage
Regional experience
Knowledge of fundamental business practices, concepts and techniques to protect and preserve assets and/or minimize/control loss, such as avoidance, loss prevention and reduction, retention, grouping of exposure units, and transfer. Should include knowledge of fidelity, surety, liability, property, and group related policies and coverages.
In-depth knowledge of approved security practices, interviewing/investigative techniques, managing contract/vendor services, crisis management and business resumption practices, guard operations, life-safety mandates, and access control to include: alarm, CCTV, fire and badging systems
