: Key Responsibilities Prepare the annual business plan (FBI) for general insurance & takaful businesses. Develop strategies and initiatives to achieve the FBI targets. Develop sales campaigns, set targets, get buy ins from sales channels, obtain approvals from the management, campaign tracking and perform post mortem analyses. Work closely with sales channels - AFS, Business Banking, SME Banking, Digital Sales, Telemarketing and iCIMB (fire insurance). Work with Insurers and Takaful Operators to ensure current product offering is competitive and introduce new products. Prepare memo for product approval, conduct sales channel briefing and involve in product launch. Work closely with internal stakeholders - NRFM, RCU, Group Legal, Group Compliance, CX and Group Islamic for product approval and to design process flow. Ensure products, campaigns, selling processes and after sales service comply with internal SOPs, P&Ps and relevant regulator guidelines. Ensure internal policies (CSUG, P&P) and other internal documents/policies are updated from time to time. Responsible to put all the necessary controls in place and continuously educate the sales channels to adhere to the controls. Work with relevant stakeholders and insurers to resolve any operational issues related to product and process. Key Requirements Has a Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification. Additional professional qualification will be an added advantage - PCE, TBE. At least 3 years\' experiencein the Banca department of any Financial Institutions or general insurance industry.
