Open Position: Manager, Application Development & Support (Reputable Company)
A Reputable Company is currently hiring for Manager, Application Development & Support to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- More than 3 years of experience managing a team of software developer/application support team
- Act as Project Manager to manage and deliver software application upgrade and bug fixes according to timelines
- Consistently looking for opportunities to improve tasks, user experiences, and deliver ideas around innovative application support and designs
- Good technical skills and good business knowledge, together with investigative techniques and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in a timely and high-quality manner
- Having experience in developing software application products using C#, Java, PHP, SQL and etc would be added advantage
- Good people management skills to lead and coach direct reports
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
