Job Description
The Art director role to assist the Creative head in executing and ideating on various creative assets needed by the TM group. Area of responsibilities Able to execute ATL and BTL assets either in a team or independently. To guide the studio creatives by mentoring thru upskilling, and ensure they meet the quality expectations of the brand best practices To be able to give clear art direction to the studio creatives. To assist the creative head in checking agency comms so they comply to the brand requirements. Can ideate and contribute to the creative team new and innovative ideas. Able to present and communicate effectively in a presentation setting. Able to hold and lead a meeting to share and make their points across in a professional and efficient manner. Embraces and encourages a culture based on team work, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity Candidate Must Have Degree in Art/Multimedia/Design/Advertising We Value More than 4 years of working experience in an advertisement agency or in a brand setting.
