Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead or assist in audit engagements, develop and execute risk-based audit plans to ensure timely completion.
• Assess business processes, identify control weaknesses, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports with key findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with business units to strengthen internal controls and track corrective actions.
• Guide and train audit team members on methodologies and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and internal audit standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields; Professional certifications such as CIA, ACCA, CPA, or ISACA are an added advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in internal audit or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards, risk management, and control frameworks.
• Ability to assess complex issues with attention to detail and provide practical solutions.
• Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior management.
• Takes ownership of tasks, meets deadlines, and ensures audit work is completed with accuracy and integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Full-time position is available at Menara Hap Seng, Jalan P. Ramlee KL.
