Support sales team with inquiries and quotations.
Conduct market research for product and strategy improvements.
Communicate updates from principals and product changes to stakeholders.
Pricing and Marketing
Set competitive, profit-driven pricing strategies.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns in WM and EM regions.
Customer Solutions and Relationships
Provide tailored solutions and quotations.
Build and strengthen dealer relationships to drive sales.
Team Development and Monitoring
Set team goals, coach performance, and address training needs.
Monitor market trends and gather customer feedback through the team.
Inventory Management
Oversee inventory levels and part ordering.
Reduce excess stock and prevent product aging.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Marketing/Business and Management
5 years of related working experience
Good technical knowledge/skills (basic computer skills, automotive parts knowledge)
People knowledge/skills: (communication and writing skills,
Mandarin speaker (PREFERRED),
customer relationship skills, managerial skills and able to work with minimum supervision)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
