Manager / Assistant Manager, Sales Planning & Allocation
Job Description
Job Responsibilities Sales Forecasting: Create accurate sales forecasts to support inventory planning and production schedules. Monitor and adjust forecasts as necessary based on changing market conditions and historical sales data. Allocation Planning: Develop allocation strategies to ensure the right products are available in the right locations. Optimize product allocation based on demand, historical sales performance, and seasonal trends. Inventory Management: Work closely with inventory management teams to maintain optimal inventory levels. Ensure that overstock and understock situations are minimized through effective allocation and planning. Job Requirements: - Experience in Automotive Industry. At least 5 years working experience in related field. Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus. Proven experience in sales forecasting, allocation, or related roles in the industry. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Proficiency in using reporting and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
