xc2xb7 Analyze and manage risk management issues by reviewing and embedded into the risks and control self-assessment for the branch network
xc2xb7 Conduct desktop (for branches not reachable) and/or onsite branch reviews including independent cash count of branches on a quarterly basis
xc2xb7 Perform and validate the Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) at branches according to site visit schedule
xc2xb7 Ensure timely reporting in an appropriate way and recommendations as and when required by the management
xc2xb7 Work closely with Branch Operations Support, Group Compliance, Group Risk Management, PFS Compliance, Branches, RMOs to ensure the planning, designing and implementation of an overall risk and control self-assessment process for the branches
xc2xb7 Periodic update of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) document as and when new risks are identified, lapses detected or guidelines are updated
xc2xb7 Govern and take ownership for branchs Risk and Control Self-Assessment document
xc2xb7 Ensuring good corporate governance involving operations risk and control reporting by branches and RMOs to all relevant departments. Ensure the banks compliance with all relevant Regulatory laws, regulations and guidelines
xc2xb7 Review, update and formulate standard operating processes and Policies if required
xc2xb7 Providing support and education to staff to cultivate risk awareness
xc2xb7 Ensuring that branches adhere to the standard operating processes and procedures on operational regulatory compliance
xc2xb7 Regular liaison person with branches which include BM & CSOM, RMO, RCM, Branch Operations Support, Group Compliance, PFS Compliance, Group Risk Management and other support units of the Bank, which includes conduct regular training to provide update to the ground staff
xc2xb7 Undertake other duties that may be assigned by the Management
