If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us Functional - To drive greater realism on project site planning and management from the lens of deliverability, quality and sustainability. - To drive compliance of health If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us Functional - To drive greater realism on project site planning and management from the lens of deliverability, quality and sustainability. - To drive compliance of health and safety standards at site in accordance with regulatory requirements. - To take lead on the development of Feasibility Studies, Project Briefs and Business Cases. - To provide inputs and advices to project teams internally & externally. - To be responsible for end-to-end project management works not limited to the below: supporting the Head of Branch Project Management in ensuring effective project & contract management coordinating with various consultants, contractors and vendors including internal stakeholders collaborating with engineers, architects, consultants and etc. to determine specifications and scopes of the project assigned dealing with designers/ draughtsman on fit-out plan and design matters for any renovation project preparing/ managing Bills of Quantity, RFP/ RFQ/ tender documents, Statutory submissions until approval and tender briefing with various contractors and vendors planning and preparing MIP (Master Implementation Program), construction/ fit-out operations and schedules ensuring milestone are achieved monitoring project site progress to ensure it is accordance with project timeline, budget and approved drawings including regular site inspections escalating proposed changes to cost or timescale beyond contractual levels and checking for possible effects on the Business Cases keeping track of work schedule for each project to ensure timeline and financial targets are met preparing monthly project control reports to ensure risks and issues are being tracked and mitigated/resolved and financial tracking on expenditure levels conducting and evaluating monthly project and post project review meetings to ensure benefits are realized with internal and external stakeholders being a liaison officer between internal and external stakeholders budgeting and financial planning based on approved Capex and Opex. - To undertake any works related to projects assigned by superiors from time to time. - To deliver the above responsibilities in accordance with the Bank's policies and operating procedures. Managerial To plan, organize and direct the project and process workflow(s) for the function. To manage issues and propose solutions. To ensure strong teamwork to achieve section/ department and divisional targets. Organizational To ensure compliance with the Bank's Code of Conduct, internal and external policies and procedures To uphold credibility as a leader of the Bank and Group To ensure strong teamwork in line with the Bank's vision, mission and core values Jobholder Requirements Requirements: Degree holder in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Construction/ Development related field or equivalent. Minimum of 6 years of working experience in project management field is mandatory. A people manager for a minimum of 3 years. Candidates with registration/ certification in any relevant professional bodies in property development industry are highly encouraged to apply. Commendable oral and written communication skills is a must. Well versed in project arbitrage cycle. Skilled in project planning and feasibility studies. High project cash flow and contract literacy. Willing to travel regularly across project sites. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
