Drive business performance and potential by using existing and new data sources and techniques.
Be involved in solving hard analytical problems for the business, working alongside IT, Data Science, Product and Marketing to find solutions and drive innovation.
Responsible for driving technology advancements that make Analytics a strategic and integral part of the bank.
Provide leadership to ensure decisions are informed across all parties and analysis is in line with business goals and expectations.
Work with external stakeholders such as Research teams across the bank to enrich analysis and better understand customer motivations that drive behavior, Data Management to make sure Analytics team have access to data including 3rd party data and tools that add value to the analysis work, and Data Science Lab to make sure project objectives and the business context are communicated clearly and understood by all
Key Requirements:At least 4 years of experience in product marketing, business analytics, market research and related areas
Proven experience in the execution of data analytics initiatives, leading to the development of useful
insights and improvement to the business performance
Proven experience working with a wide range of data
Creative thinker and able to identify innovative solutions to current environment
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
Self-motivated, proactive in taking initiatives, excellent problem solving skills, and possesses excellent people skills
Proficient in SQL and Python, familiarity with R is an asset
Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau or Google Data Studio) and Cloud Platform
(e.g. GCP)
