Contract Financing SpecialistEvaluate the performance risk of a borrower, including past experience and track record of the borrower. Evaluate the payment risk of an awarder, including determining the genuineness of the contract, contract trail (in the event of sub-contractor) Prepare and analyses the cash flow and repayment risk Structuring of the facilities, including the facility and amount to be offered, as well as the security structure Incorporate all ring fencing, tracking and monitoring T&Cs to mitigate any performance and payment risks. Work closely with ARM & borrower / contractor / awarder for better understanding of the dynamics of a contract being financed on ongoing basis. Conduct site visit on all projects financed by the Bank on quarterly basis. Build and maintain relationship with awarders on continuous basis, for tracking of both physical and financial progress of the contracts. Work closely with product partners including Trade Services, HL Markets, and Deposit & Liability Management in order to meet financial and banking requirements of clients in a wholesome manner. Ensure that banking facilities offered to clients are structured in compliance with credit lending policies. Ensure that key risks of cases are adequately addressed by in CAs before submission to WSB. To preserve the assets quality of the bank at all times. To monitor and encourage utilization of existing facilities under the portfolio in order to increase revenue. Point of reference for all Contract Finance matters to provide support and advice to ARMs nationwide.

RequirementsDegree or equivalent Minimum 2 years' experience specialized in Credit & Marketing of Contract Financing facilities
