If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us Summary: Drive the overall healthcare initiatives of the Bank. This includes to conduct research related to healthcare market, develop relevant policy & procedures, campaigns, financing programs as well as facilitate training/awareness programs to increase the Bank\'s presence in healthcare industry. Spearhead the growth of the healthcare Industry/market segment within the Bank\'s loan portfolio. Responsibilities: Responsible to advise Customers on healthcare related matters and its regulatory requirements Responsible for and liaise with necessary parties in related to healthcare matters as well as policies/guidelines To devise a strategy to increase Bank\'s revenue and market share on healthcare financing To explore and conduct market research on potentials for healthcare financing To work closely with product partners within the Bank\'s in order to meet the financial and banking requirement of customers in a wholesome manner To ensure that the credit facilities offered to customers are structured in compliance with the Bank\'s credit policies To ensure that the key risk is highlighted and proposed mitigation action to reduce the related risk. Requirements Degree or equivalent At least 5 years or above experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
