Responsibilities

• Propose/execute business plans and marketing strategies and ensure successful execution with proven results.
• Work closely with Product Managers/stakeholders in new/existing product/services commercialization and re-commercialization activities.
• Leverage stakeholder\xe2\x80\x99s relationships to maximize bank\xe2\x80\x99s income revenue or cost reduction.
• Perform competitor analysis to ensure the team/department always stay competitive in the market.
• Propose/determine & identify business opportunities and risk associated with cost-benefit analysis to the manager for decision making.
• Providing guidance and training to the branch managers/Business Centers\xe2\x80\x99 representative/Account Relationship Managers in selling Cash Management\xe2\x80\x99s product & services.
• To work with Product Team to drive net-interest income and/or net-fee income on Cash Management products.
• To work with/assist branch managers/Business Centers\xe2\x80\x99 representative/Account Relationship Managers in deal closure.
• Propose/review new/existing pricing on product, services and solution based on competitor and cost-benefit analysis.
• Product marketing to promote Cash Management and Wholesale Online Banking.
• Ensure strategies and plans are executed within approved budget.
• Execute/manage tasks/projects assigned by the manager diligently and independently.
• Handle and attend to roadshows, campaign and customer events and follow-up activities throughout deal closure.

Requirements

• Master/Professional Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration/Computer Science or its equivalent.
• Well versed with corporate and commercial banking Cash Management products.
• Relevant experience in banking preferably in Corporate/Cash Management domain
