Open Position: Manager, Business Development & Acquisition (MNC Fintech Payment Solutions Organisation)An established MNC Fintech Payment Solutions Organisation is currently hiring for Manager, Business Development & Acquisition to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.Key responsibilities include:

• Good understanding of Payment Solutions within Fintech and Financial Institution sectors

• Develop both short and long term sales strategies through corporate client acquisitions, business development, relationship building and after-sales services with Head of Department and C-Suites with measurable actions and goals to monitor successful executions to achieve sales results

• Strong presentation skills together with quality recommendations to meet clients requirements and long term business objectives

• Being flexible to explore new business and partnership opportunities through product integrations and developing new business models

• Implement efficient sales management process cycle using CRM systems and data collections to analyse results and identify opportunities to improve sales motions, value propositions, sales enablement, systems, processes and etc

• Having an entrepreneurship mentality and sense of ownership to grow the business towards profitability and achieving company goals

• Able to attract, hire and grow talents for the organisation

• Independent with the ability to foster trust and rapport with both internal and external Financial Institution stakeholders in the fast-paced working environment
