Liaising with property agency, consultants, valuation company and state enterprises for new land opportunity
Authorities requirement on land matters, planning requirements and government policies on potential land and investment.
Prompt updating, collection and compilation of market data.
Preparation of presentation materials and proposals to management on the proposed acquisitions.
Assist in preparation of feasibility study, and property market research
Coordination and liaise closely with Marketing, Contracts, Project, Finance and Legal Department , on data required for feasibility study.
To carry out any other additional assignment/duties as directed by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Valuation/Real Estate Management, Business Studies, Urban Studies, C&S , M&E Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or equivalent
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Resourceful and task ownership.
Good communication skills and negotiation skills.
Travel to site and project survey when necessary
Managerial positions for several years in the same industries.
Currently holding the same position would have an advantage
Strong business acumen
Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken of English & Bahasa Malaysia languages. Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
Meticulous, strong organizational and planning skills, capable to multitask under fast paced environment.
Able to travel and with vehicle.
