Business Development

• Liaising with property agency, consultants, valuation company and state enterprises for new land opportunity
• Authorities requirement on land matters, planning requirements and government policies on potential land and investment.
• Prompt updating, collection and compilation of market data.
• Preparation of presentation materials and proposals to management on the proposed acquisitions.
• Assist in preparation of feasibility study, and property market research
• Coordination and liaise closely with Marketing, Contracts, Project, Finance and Legal Department , on data required for feasibility study.
• To carry out any other additional assignment/duties as directed by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Valuation/Real Estate Management, Business Studies, Urban Studies, C&S , M&E Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or equivalent
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Resourceful and task ownership.
• Good communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Travel to site and project survey when necessary
• Managerial positions for several years in the same industries.
• Currently holding the same position would have an advantage
• Strong business acumen
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken of English & Bahasa Malaysia languages. Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Meticulous, strong organizational and planning skills, capable to multitask under fast paced environment.
• Able to travel and with vehicle.
