What you\'ll do:

Takes ownership to lead a diversified team to ensure support provided to the Business Development teams in the US, EU and ME is at high level of efficiency/accuracy

Drives and motivates team performance by building rapport and developing team members to ensure growth

Guides and coaches team members on expectations and continuous improvement by communicating direction and goals through regular and clear feedback

Proactively asks for and gives feedback upwards/downwards/horizontally to ensure a high level of communication across a geographically scattered Business Unit

Identifies gaps and inefficiencies in targets, team performance and/or existing processes and procedures to increase the quality of business development

Understands and analyzes team performance reports for management updates to make data-driven decision for better outcomes

Contributes to the development of processes, procedures and guidelines to improve the quality of work

Completes additional tasks and projects as assigned as a role model to ensure the effective implementation of company policies and procedures

What you\'ll need:

Proven ability to develop, manage and retain high quality talent

Operational excellence mind-set and experience. Data driven. Excellent problem-solving skills.

Adept at simplifying complexity and developing scalable propositions.

Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships across all levels and effectively adapts to varied situations

Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decisions, able to gather and synthesize data from multiple sources

Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast paced environment and constantly evolving environment

A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that\'s not afraid to work independently when required.

English language skills are a must
