We are currently looking for a Manager to join our Business IT Support team, who will be the first point of contact in handling branches\' queries as well as to manage all incoming projects and enhancements within the pipeline. This role reports to the Team Lead, Business IT Support and the successful candidate will be based in our Damansara City office.

• Liaise with Business Units and IT to gather, analyze and evaluate user requirements for Deposit applications.
• Prepare test plan, test scope for UAT and related tests for Deposit applications.
• Provide first-level support and trouble-shooting of problems for Deposit applications.
• Update documentation of User\xe2\x80\x99s manuals, system related functionalities & workflow processes for Deposit applications and other system/user related parameters.
• Prepare training materials and conduct training for system applications as and when required.
• Continuous improvement, learning and cross \xe2\x80\x93 learning sessions for team members.

Job Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen.
• Preferably with a Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, or any related field.
• At least 4-5 years of working experience in a banking and financial institution with specialization in credit or branch operations.
• Experience in user acceptance testing and planning is preferable.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, through all levels of the organization.
• PC literate with knowledge in AS400 Query utility, SQL Query, Silverlake Retail Banking system and Microsoft Office Appliances.
• Possess analytical and critical thinking.
• Strong team spirit player with a positive attitude and having the drive to improve processes.
