As a Capacity Manager, you will be working with a team of 2-5 and will be based out of our office in RedQ. You will be expected to be performing this role on a full-time basis. The role reports to the Head of Revenue.You will fit perfectly if you enjoy managing the business like your own, deep dive into data and process to make sense of things and a bird eye view of the business. Having a strong people skill will also help you to manage your team and the stakeholders around you.A DAY IN A LIFEAs a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• Identifying the key revenue drivers of our business by sector and available capacity (both by point to point or flythru opportunities);
• Preplan ahead to forecast demand on our available flights;
• Proactively respond to unpredictable situations affecting our ability to carry cargo as planned;
• Perform the planning function in coordination with the CTO operator, to ensure the build-up process will transport all (or more) of the cargo booked on each flight;
• Find clever ways to route cargo through our network and partners network (interline arrangements) to the intended destination that includes but not limited to a network algorithm plan to clearly identify available capacity, routing and delivery time
• Work closely with airlines network team for cost, flight induction (additional capacity, new routes and etc);
• Ensure data accuracy of flights and cargo that is transported with us.

RequirementsREQUIREMENTSThese are minimum-requirement skills and a must-have for the role:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in capacity planning, revenue management, or logistics, with familiarity in airline operations or cargo logistics being a plus.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and experience in route optimization or network algorithm planning.
• Ability to address unpredictable situations and develop efficient routing solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
