Job Description


The Manager of Change Management plays a crucial role in ensuring that change requests (CRs) are effectively managed and that the team adopts and implements a robust testing framework and technology. This leadership position involves planning, coordinating, and delivering changes to systems or services while maintaining quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Lead requirement gathering and analysis sessions.
  • Oversee and coordinate the change management process, ensuring all change requests are accurately logged, reviewed, and delivered within the agreed timelines.
  • Work closely with the development team to plan delivery timelines, ensuring that change requests are prioritized and included in the backlog appropriately.
  • Lead the grooming of the backlog, working with stakeholders to clarify requirements and define the scope of work for upcoming sprints.
  • Ensure that the development team adopts a consistent testing framework and employs the latest technologies and methodologies in quality assurance.
  • Develop and maintain the quality assurance strategy and framework, integrating it seamlessly with the change management process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met across all stages of project delivery.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for change management and quality assurance to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to report on progress, address concerns, and gather feedback for continuous process improvement.
  • Manage and mentor the Change Management & QA team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning and development.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices in change management and quality assurance, applying this knowledge to improve internal processes.
  • Coach team to strengthen Agile Methodology adoption

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in any Change Management platforms management and monitoring.
  • Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, process mapping, and creating functional specifications.
  • Strong stakeholder management, especially with various business units to understand their painpoints.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing modules, workflows, forms, and reports.
  • ITIL certified
