Job Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers/Directors in organizing, planning, and setting targets for construction activities as per the construction work program to ensure the effective allocation of resources.
Communicate objectives, targets and working procedures to site staff.
Supervise project/site teams, monitor and track progress, provide quality assurance/ status updates/financial reports, along with the provision of regular updates to Management/immediate supervisor in order to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Monitor and track compliance of project including tracking the progress of internal services (i.e. engineering, procurement, is, etc.) and contractual requirements.
Check that quality records are raised and maintained to comply with quality requirements.
Resolve operational conflicts promptly.
Adhere to site safety and health rules and procedures, as well as relevant policies and work instructions as so defined in order to achieve compliance with the Company's Quality System, occupational safety, health, and environmental requirements are addressed and met at all times.
