To develop content for education and enablement programs to SMEs based on the content strategy which can be in the form of : infographic, newsletter, ebooks, snippets, shortform and long form videos, advertorials, blogs, podcasts, whitepapers etc. Key Responsibilities Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies) Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems (CMS) Proofread and edit posts before publication Submit work to editors for input and approval Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone) Update unifi Business Club website (uBC) content as needed Candidates Must Have A degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, English, International Relations or any other related field is preferred. We Value Minimum 5-7 years Vast experience and knowledge in TM product offerings and business processes. Strong digital-first mindset in content strategy and writing, with sound knowledge of using social media for business Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress, keyword research tools, search engine optimisation (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM). Basic understanding of HTML and web publishing is preferred; knowledge in data and performance marketing will be of added value Familiarity with UGC and community engagement. Must be up to date with emerging trends on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok) use search/keyword tools to always improve content. Write captivating headlines and teasers to ensure a high level of content engagement across our site and key social media platforms. Ensure all published content meets our standards for accuracy, grammar, tone and quality. Keep abreast of developments in digital media, content marketing and social media content Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs.
