:Responsibilities

Oversee internal department procedures and ensure full implementation of SOPs to achieve smooth project operations.
Manage payment processes, ensuring compliance with JKRS requirements to facilitate timely payments.
Review and approve variation orders and claims to ensure accuracy and adherence to contractual obligations.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to finalize and close contractual claims and EOTs, meeting project timelines.
Advise on EOT claims and contractor entitlements, providing expert input on contractual matters.
Liaise with legal teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve commercial and contractual issues efficiently.
Monitor financial progress and forecasting to ensure projects meet financial targets.
Support project teams with commercial and contractual matters, offering strategic guidance and solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Over 15 years in contract management, with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in road construction works.
Familiarity with JKR Sarawak Form of Contract, MyCESMM & Standard Method of Measurement, and road & bridge construction processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
