Job Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to co-ordinate, plan and manage internal communications for the Berjaya group so as to maintain, grow and protect the Berjaya Corporation\'s Brand.





Duties and Responsibilities

  • Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies.
  • Managing enquiries from media, individuals and other organisations.
  • Organising events including CSR campaigns, press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours.
  • Managing and sharing content with users on social media.
  • Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation.
  • Creating and managing collaterals.
  • Analysing media coverage and media monitoring.
  • Write high quality creative communication material/content through your own work and working through others in the team.
  • Record and analyse campaign and channel metrics to support production of a monthly communications dashboard.
  • Produce annual reports for Berjaya listed companies.





Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 - 8years relevant working experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Independent, hardworking, fast-learner and team player with ability to multi-task.
  • A proactive person and who is flexible, able to provide creative solutions.
