A reputable financial and investment management services looking for an adept and credible Corporate Finance Manager to be based in Kuala Lumpur.

-Responsible in preparing and offering key deal documents and submissions for the corporate finance transactions.

-Lead advisory and engage with several regulators on the processing of submissions for the corporate finance transactions handled by the investment bank.
