  • Creative Leadership: Lead the artistic vision for Malaysia Airlines, driving the visual identity across all communication channels. Inspire and collaborate with teams to develop top-tier creative that enhances the brand\'s presence in the market.
  • Brand Identity Stewardship: Take ownership of the brand\'s visual identity, evolving and refining it as necessary to stay relevant and competitive. Ensure that all visual content-across ads, digital platforms, and physical media-adheres to brand standards while resonating with target audiences.
  • Campaign Strategy and Conceptualization: Collaborate with senior marketing and cross-functional teams to develop strategic, high-impact campaigns. Generate innovative concepts that align with business objectives and are visually captivating, driving engagement and conversion.
  • Leadership in Major Campaigns and Product Launches: Oversee the creative direction for all major campaigns and product launches. Ensure that the visual messaging is aligned with brand and business goals, and that it captivates and excites target customers.
  • Mentorship and Collaboration: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and creative professionals. Foster an environment of creativity, collaboration, and professional development, ensuring the team consistently produces high-quality, innovative work.
  • Tactical Promotion Designs: Lead the development of visually compelling content for tactical promotions and offers. Ensure designs create a sense of urgency and align with overall campaign goals while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Trend Monitoring and Creative Innovation: Continuously monitor design trends and incorporate them into creative strategies. Stay ahead of market shifts and ensure the brand remains innovative in its visual approach.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality control of all visual content, ensuring that every piece meets brand standards and market expectations. Ensure the highest level of creative excellence in all output.
Qualification & Working Experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field. Advanced certifications or a Master\'s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in design or art direction, leading creative projects for major brands. Experience in managing high-impact visual campaigns across multiple channels is key.
