Functional (job responsibilities)

  • Oversee and manage the smooth running of the center.
  • Responsible for loan documentation and disbursement of the center to ensure deliverables are achieved within the service standard.
  • Acting as PA holder for the Bank for documentation execution.
  • Ensure documentations are in order / perfected in accordance with the internal / external policies or regulatory / legal requirements. To alert Management if there is any issues of concern.
  • Responsible to ensure accuracy of data maintenance of the center.
  • Ensure enforcement and compliance to internal / regulatory guideline and procedures.
  • Responsible to ensure customer\xe2\x80\x99s request/issues (internal / external) is attended / resolved timely and effectively.
  • Manage and supervise subordinate / team to ensure timely disbursement of loans and managing customer expectations for both internal and external customers to promote good customer experience.
  • Ensure adequate coverage and timely renewal of fire insurance.
  • Managing customer loan accounts (for e.g. issuance of audit confirmation, redemption statement) in timely manner.
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
  • Manage and supervise subordinate/team to ensure timely disbursement of loans and managing customer expectations for both internal and external customers to promote good customer experience.
  • Manage & provide guidance & assistance to subordinates / team members / Business on matters relating to Credit Operation and Documentation.
Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
  • Responsible to ensure operational costs is within approved budget of WCO.
Requirements

Education/Qualification
  • Min a Degree in management, business, finance and etc.
Experience/Skills
  • More than 10 years of credit documentation experience.
  • Strong Credit Admin Function.
  • A Team leader who is able to lead, motivate, guide a team and result oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
  • Able to work under pressure.
