• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.

• Able to plan, write and prepare comprehensive business reports and research papers.

• Able to interpret and evaluate financial reports, perform investment due diligence and perform business & financial valuation.
• Able to liaise and coordinate with various professionals such as investment bankers, solicitors and auditors.
• Being able to lead and supervise a myriad of Corporate Finance engagements covering Mergers & Acquisitions, listing exercises, restructuring, business turnaround and financial due diligence.
