Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Development
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive product strategy for deposit offerings for HNW clients.
Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform product innovation and enhancements.
Design and develop new deposit products, features, and pricing structures that meet the specific needs of HNW individuals, such as tiered interest rates, special access accounts, yield enhancement or parking facilities purpose.
Conduct feasibility studies and business case analyses for new product ideas.
Product Management & Lifecycle
Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch performance monitoring.
Monitor product performance against key metrics (e.g., AUM growth, profitability, customer acquisition) and recommend actions for improvement.
Ensure all deposit products are compliant with relevant banking regulations and internal policies.
Work with marketing to develop and execute effective product communication and promotional campaigns.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as the primary subject matter expert on deposit products for the HNW segment.
Collaborate closely with private, priority bankers and relationship managers to understand client needs and gather feedback.
Partner with sales, marketing, operations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure seamless product delivery and support.
Provide training and ongoing support to the sales and relationship management teams to ensure they are well-equipped to articulate the value proposition of our deposit products.
Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence
Continuously analyze the HNW market to identify new opportunities and threats.
Benchmark our deposit products against competitors to ensure we remain competitive and offer a compelling value proposition.
Stay abreast of economic and market conditions that may impact deposit flows and pricing.
System Enhancement
Work closely with the Wealth project team in providing user requirement specifications for system enhancements aimed at improving customer experience, productivity, and regulatory compliance.
Business Development
Build up the bank & deposit products assets, Interest income and NIM.
