AUG is looking for a capable, people-driven HR person to strengthen our culture, elevate our HR practices, and support our nationwide team. The role has the opportunity to cover the Southeast Asia region and ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution, from talent acquisition and employee relations to training, policy development, and HR systems management.
About the Role
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Support recruitment activities, including shortlisting, interviews, reference checks, and coordinating confirmations, resignations, handovers, and exit processes.
Employee Relations & Culture
Assist in addressing employee concerns, supporting conflict resolution, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen morale and workplace culture.
Training, Development & Onboarding
Help manage onboarding, in-house training, external development programs, familiarization trips, staff conferences, and internal engagement events.
HR System Management
Maintain accurate HR system data, support leave and claims processes, liaise with vendor on system matters, and assist with SOPs, guides, and staff training.
HR Policies & Compliance
Support policy reviews, ensure alignment with labour laws, communicate updates, and assist with compliance checks and HR audits.
Coaching & Team Development
Support the development of the HR team and other staff members through structured communication, guidance, and continuous learning.
Requirements
Strong command of English (written and spoken).
Mandarin proficiency is preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with exposure to multiple HR functions
Strong interpersonal, communication, and advisory skills
Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices
Experience leading a small HR team or supervising projects is preferred
Able to work independently and drive initiatives across multiple offices
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
