Responsible for managing & analyzing the organization\xe2\x80\x99s digital data to gain insights into customer behavior & optimize digital experience to drive conversion rate & revenue growth
Drive digitalization across inter-department in order to improve efficiency, data insights and proactive decision support for digital business such as MB Store & etc. Champion a data culture across the organization whereby identify business problem & start measurement plan (KPIs).
Establish reporting solutions of available digital solutions & managing one source of data reporting truth within organization on real-time basis. Design & focus on analytics dashboard/tools design & implementation for organization.
Monitor system data by using PowerBI dashboard & enable smart solution based data accuracy, quality & governance within the framework across inter-department.
Responsible for data & reporting issue tracking with further enhancement & optimization.
Ensure retail partners utilize the digital platform to be successful (eg. lead management, CRM) and work together with inter department to support organization goals through effective digital process, strategically outputs & compelling customer journeys.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or comparable qualification
Experience in managing online to offline (o2o) commerce / digital marketing & working with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of marketing analytics, marketing research source & data analytics techniques
