Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop, strategize and execute effective web campaigns.
• Oversee end-to-end of online marketing campaigns.
• Able to write remarkable creative content for campaign marketing materials.
• Able to monitor, analyze and interpret campaign performance data into valuable insights and provide regular internal reports.
• Manage and improve sales performance through online platform.
• Identify new trends and insights in omni channel customer experience, digital marketing and the overall industry to ensure that the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to coordinate the delivery of deliverables within the set timeline and budget.
• Support the Group/Division Head on a suite of department deliverables required for successful online campaigns.
• Responsible to improve Online Customer Experience process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, and Arts, Social Science or other related creative discipline required.
• Min 8 years of experience in advertising and marketing experience (agency experience required) or Brand management experience with consumer-facing brand.
• Experience developing and executing creative, innovative integrated marketing campaigns (online/offline advertising, web, channel/retail) that drove positive results.
• Proven strategic ability to design and deliver impactful marketing solutions.
• Adept at building and leading strong, happy and productive team environments, internally and externally, across varied stakeholder teams.
• Ability to work and thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment.
• An outstanding creative sense, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely and reliable customer service to both internal and external customers.
