If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us Functional - job responsibilities Run communications to drive awareness of HLB Connect services and features Run marketing campaigns to: drive usage and stickiness of HLB Connect drive adoption of HLB Connect services & features among existing and new HLB Connect users Write business paper to propose and seek approval for marketing campaign and initiatives. Works with AEM, PFS Digital PD / Support team and UIUX team to ensure the user experience for Connect onboarding, product acquisition and Connect transaction is optimal for customers. Ensure digital journey for existing and new services/features are tagged with Adobe and/ or Google Analytics tagging to ensure the team is able to track and monitor performance and make decisions on enhancement/ fixes required to improve experience or onboarding/acquisition efforts. Team/group responsibilities Partner and collaborate with various stakeholders such as AEM team, PFS Digital Product Development & support team, PFS Digital UIUX team, BIAU, Finance, Compliance, Legal, IT, etc. to ensure communications and campaigns are executed, tracked and fullfilled well. Support PFS Digital team for content / messages publication in HLB Connect Online and HLB Connect App. Liaise with frontliners on communiation related to new releases, HLB Connect issues and downtime.
