Job Description


JOB PURPOSE: Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption of new culture/values and minimise resistance. Implement and manage the implementation of leadership development roadmap to support the development of MISC leaders who are able to elevate company\'s achievements to greater heights and becoming a role model to be emulated. Support employee development through leadership trainings and Management Development Committee (MDC) secretariat role. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Culture Change Apply change management process and tools to support the adoption of changes required in relation to people management, specifically in the areas of culture/company values. Support the design, development, delivery and management of communication efforts in relation to the change. Provide input and support the design and delivery of training programs related to change. Provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers or supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions. Leadership Competency Act as custodian of MISC Berhad\'s leadership capability development. Develop, roll-out and implement leadership development roadmap, throughout all business/ service units in MISC. Manage the roll-out of leadership competency assessment. Analyze, review, recommend and manage the implementation of appropriate capability development programmes and interventions to close the identified leadership competency gaps. Measure and review the effectiveness of the implemented development programmes, and propose intervention plans for continuous improvement. Develop and review appropriate learning methodologies, policies and procedures on leadership capability development initiatives in line with MISC\'s business goals to fulfil business requirements. Keep updated on latest trends and introduce new learning approaches. Leadership Training Administration Manage the administration of employees\' leadership training, ensuring that employees receive relevant training to their roles. Ensure the appropriate processes and LOA are followed, and that the training budget is monitored. Ensure that HRDF fund is utilised effectively, and the administration of the fund is done on a timely manner. Management Development Committee (MDC) Secretariat Drive, organize and manage the Management Development Committee (MDC) activities via the Secretariat role, to support and manage Managers\' development and mobility. Coordinate submissions of documents and presentation slides for the MDC meeting. Staff Development Develop, motivate and coach subordinates to achieve high productivity in line with the Department\'s objectives and targets Requirements: At least 10 - 12 years of related working experience. Bachelor in Human Resource Management, Social Science or equivalent
