Up for an exciting new career We are looking for a Manager of Enterprise IT Solutions (EITS), who will be responsible for managing and optimizing the usage of Google Workspace (GWS), Slack, and n8n automation (collectively called the EITS stack) within the APAC region. The incumbent will also work collaboratively with our global EITS team to ensure that these tools are implemented accurately and used efficiently. Responsibilities : Manage the day-to-day activities, build/develop integration, automate workflows and maintain the portfolio of corporate communications services and technologies, primarily focusing on the EITS stack. Collaborate with the IT Service Delivery team and business users to enhance and optimize the operational efficiency of the EITS stack. Provide technical expertise and support for integrating or separating email and collaboration systems during mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures. Collaborate with the central team to define the strategy and processes for acquiring and administering connected applications. Develop processes and strategies for delegating and automating certain tasks and responsibilities to streamline workflow and operational efficiency. Maintain documentation on tools usages and monitor it to identify opportunities for enhancement, optimization, and automation to drive continuous improvement and increase efficiency. Requirements : At least 5 years of hands-on experience administering GWS, including overseeing user provisioning, security settings, integration with third-party applications, and troubleshooting issues for an enterprise environment with more than 10,000 users. Having a Google Workspace Administrator certification would be a plus. At least 5 years of hands-on experience administering Slack, including overseeing user provisioning, setting up channels and workspaces, integration with other tools, and resolving technical issues for an enterprise environment with more than 10,000 users. Having a Slack Certified Admin would be a plus. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in administering and implementing integrations with automation tools such as n8n, UiPath, or Workato. Experience in handling complex data migration during an organization\'s mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures. Deep hands-on knowledge of command-line tools like Google Apps Manager (GAM) and Google Your Backup (GYB). Proven track record in projects supporting the following technologies: Email Infrastructure.
